Can several people contribute to one keepsake?
Yes. Invite up to two collaborators on Free or Premium, or choose Collaborative for up to 25 contributors.
Does an instant QR keepsake have an unlock date?
No. Instant QR keepsakes are available immediately and cannot be locked or scheduled for a future reveal. Use a Digital Time Capsule when you want a future unlock date.
Can I print the QR code for a physical card, frame, or box?
Yes. Every keepsake includes a printable QR code that opens the digital memory in a modern phone browser.
Does the recipient need an account or app?
No app is required. Anyone with the private link or QR code can open the keepsake in a browser. Contributors sign in to add or manage their own content.
How long does the keepsake stay online?
Free keepsakes are kept for 14 days. A one-time Premium or Collaborative purchase keeps the keepsake on the current long-term hosting plan without a recurring subscription.
