Clear refunds for one-time purchases

14-day refund window

We generally provide a full refund for a paid capsule upgrade or gift when the purchaser requests it within 14 calendar days after purchase. This customer-friendly window applies worldwide in addition to any mandatory rights under local law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject and include the purchaser email, purchase date, capsule or gift identifier, and reason for the request. We may ask for information needed to verify the purchase and prevent fraud.

What happens after a refund

Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. Refunding a paid plan may return the capsule to the free plan, deactivate an unused gift code, or schedule content for deletion under the free-plan timeline. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to download content when practical.

Requests after 14 days

After 14 days, refunds are considered case by case, including for duplicate charges, service failures, unauthorized transactions, or other circumstances where a refund is fair or legally required. We do not refund currency-conversion or bank fees that were not charged by us.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights, including cooling-off periods, legal guarantees, remedies for non-conforming digital services, or charge dispute rights. Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
