What's included in the free plan?
Launch one capsule, invite up to 2 recipients, and keep it for 14 days. You can add voice, photos, video, and notes, then share the reveal through a link or printable QR code.
Can I start before choosing a paid plan?
Yes. Start with the free capsule, draft the message, add media, choose the reveal date, and test the link or QR. Upgrade only when you decide the capsule should stay online beyond the 14-day free window.
What happens after 14 days?
We will email the capsule owner after 7 days. Upgrade before day 14 for ongoing hosting under the current service, or download your content before the capsule is removed.
How do collaborative capsules work?
Only the owner can invite collaborators and set the reveal date. Each collaborator adds their own photos, videos, and notes and seals them. Everyone’s contributions unlock together on reveal day.
Do I pay per capsule?
Yes. Premium is a one-time $4.99 and Collaborative is $29.99 per capsule. Neither is a recurring subscription. Long-term hosting is subject to the Terms of Service.
Do recipients or collaborators need to pay?
No. The capsule owner chooses the plan. Invited recipients can open the reveal from the shared link, QR code, or email notification in a browser, and collaborators can add their contribution without buying a separate plan.
Does long-term hosting mean permanent storage?
No online service can promise permanent storage. The one-time plan provides ongoing hosting under the current service without a recurring fee. Keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Who can see my capsule?
Capsules start private by default. You control the invited recipients, access link, and QR code, but anyone who receives a link or QR may be able to forward it, so share access carefully.
Can I request a refund?
We generally provide a full refund when the purchaser requests it within 14 calendar days of a paid capsule upgrade or gift. Requests after that window are considered case by case, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Who owns the photos, recordings, and messages I upload?
You retain ownership of your content. You give Reanimation Lab only the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, secure, and deliver it as described in the Terms of Service.
